1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

Aircraft Charter Brokerage Contract means the written agreement issued by AmaraJet LTD confirming the charter details, including aircraft type, routing, schedule, passenger numbers, and permitted baggage.

Ancillary Services refers to any services not expressly included within the Charter Services, including but not limited to ground transfers, helicopter connections, bespoke catering, Wi-Fi, satellite communications, de-icing or anti-icing, fuel or insurance surcharges, delay-related costs, diversions, cleaning, or damage.

Broker means AmaraJet LTD.

Charter means the private hire of an aircraft as detailed in the Aircraft Charter Brokerage Contract.

Charter Price means the total price payable for the Charter Services, excluding Ancillary Services unless stated otherwise.

Charter Quotation means any preliminary quotation provided by AmaraJet LTD.

Charter Services means the provision of an aircraft with crew for the agreed itinerary.

Charterer means the individual or entity entering into the Charter Agreement.

Confirmation Date means the date by which acceptance and payment are required.

Departure Location means the airport at which the aircraft will be positioned prior to departure.

Estimated Departure Time (STD) means the scheduled time of departure.

Operation Date means the agreed date of flight.

Operator means the licensed air carrier responsible for operating and maintaining the aircraft.

Passengers means those listed in the Charter Agreement.

Request for Quotation means an enquiry submitted by the Charterer.
2. Role of AmaraJet LTD
AmaraJet LTD acts solely as an aviation charter broker and agent on behalf of the Charterer.
AmaraJet LTD does not own, operate, maintain, or control aircraft, nor does it provide air carriage services. All flights are operated by independent, licensed Operators.
3. Brokerage & Contract Formation
The Charterer may submit a Request for Quotation through AmaraJet LTD via digital or verbal communication.
Quotations and requests do not constitute a binding offer.
A legally binding agreement is formed only upon issuance and acceptance of the Aircraft Charter Brokerage Contract within the stated timeframe and subject to payment terms.
Upon acceptance, AmaraJet LTD will secure the aircraft as agent for the Charterer.
4. Pricing & Additional Services
The Charter Price covers the aircraft, crew, and agreed itinerary for the specified number of Passengers and baggage allowance.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Charter Price excludes:

Wi-Fi usage

De-icing / anti-icing
-
Smoking permission
-
Ground transportation
-
Cabin crew (unless pre-confirmed)
-
Special catering or bespoke services
All Ancillary Services are chargeable separately and payable by the Charterer.
Any changes to passenger numbers, baggage, or cargo must be approved in advance and may result in revised pricing.
5. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, cryptocurrency, or other approved methods.
AmaraJet LTD reserves the right to place a temporary card authorisation where applicable.
The Charterer confirms that all payment authorisations have been validly granted by the cardholder.
6. Amendments & Cancellation
Requests to amend departure times, routing, or locations are subject to Operator availability and may require a revised contract.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:

25% of the Charter Price after contract acceptance

50% if cancelled within 72 hours of STD
-
100% if cancelled within 48 hours of STD
The Charterer remains responsible for any additional costs incurred due to delays, diversions, or operational changes.
Failure to pay any amount due entitles AmaraJet LTD to cancel the Charter without liability.
7. Charterer & Passenger Responsibilities
The Charterer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, aviation regulations, and Operator policies.
The aircraft captain retains full operational authority at all times.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of carriage and additional charges.
Pets may only be transported with prior written approval.
All passengers must hold valid passports, visas, and any required medical documentation.
Complete passport details for all passengers must be provided no later than 24 hours before departure.
The Charterer is fully liable for damage or excessive cleaning resulting from passenger conduct.
8. Dangerous Goods
The carriage of dangerous goods is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted under IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, ammunition, lithium batteries, flammable substances, and compressed gases.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, or pandemics.
The affected party must notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
10. Liability, Warranties & Indemnity
AmaraJet LTD’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any claims relating to flight operations shall be pursued directly against the Operator.
The Charterer agrees to indemnify AmaraJet LTD against all losses arising from breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
11. General Provisions
Charter pricing and commercial terms are strictly confidential.
Personal data is processed in accordance with AmaraJet LTD’s Privacy Policy.
AmaraJet LTD reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Flight schedules are subject to weather, airport constraints, and operational factors.
Passengers must arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to departure unless advised otherwise.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
